Hyland Estates is just off Hwy 99 in Dundee, and a great place to stop to try a perfect Chardonnay. I thought it was produced in stainless steel, my favorite usually, but learned the winemaker ages it in new french oak. They also feature a dry Pinot gris and Reisling (winemaker likes the french style and not german (more sweet) in making these wines. They have some great Pinot noirs as well.
